Governance

Our corporate governance principles are geared towards responsible and transparent corporate management. This creates clear conditions for customers, suppliers and employees. In our Code of Conduct, the Board of Directors has defined the ethical principles of business activity to which all Kündig employees have committed themselves. The Board of Directors is responsible for the ultimate direction, supervision and control of the companies, while the management is responsible for operational management. The tasks of the management bodies are clearly defined in the organizational regulations. The members of both bodies are presented below.
