Our subsidiary in Beijing is in continuous contact with Chinese farmers and suppliers. Quality assurance and traceability are key elements of the company's business philosophy.

Mushroom-selection station in southern China

Since 2002, all Kündig dried mushrooms are hand-picked, selected for export and packed at its plant in southern China. The majority of the processing activities are performed in accordance with a special new procedure. In addition, a Swiss mushroom controller verifies the quality of the raw produce before it is released for shipment.
