BTZ was established in response to the need for quality, sustainability and traceability of onion production, especially because the traditional supplier countries - China, India and Egypt - are almost no longer in the position to meet the stricter requirements placed on them by food companies. To that purpose, this onion and vegetable drying firm was founded in Alteglofsheim, Bavaria (Germany). This has resulted in a single-source solution for the cultivation, harvesting, automatic peeling, slicing and drying of onions, coupled with latest technology, short transportation routes, and the highest degree of efficiency.
